Advanced ZIP password recovery
This product has different pricing for personal and business users and offers free upgrades for registered users. We used the latest version (3.53) which offers incremental improvements on previous versions.
In our brute force performance test (5 character password), this product was slightly slower than its peers (around 10% slower) but still offers very acceptable performance.
This product also offers dictionary, mask and known plaintext attacks and includes a WinZip optimised attack engine but does not have an automatic recovery mode or a wizard.
This is a solid package which is fast and easy to use. We particularly liked the plaintext attack mode. However, some of the other packages do offer more features and are being more actively developed.
