All the reviewed packages are very capable. The recommended package to use depends on the type of archive you have to decrypt, and whether you have plaintext files available, and also whether you have access to other PC's:
WinZip archive with more than 5 files (note: not all files ending with .zip are WinZip files - check first with the trial software):
WinZip or Zip file and access to at least one file from the archive in plaintext (decrypted):
WinZip or Zip file and access to multiple Windows PC's, and an archive that is not a WinZip archive with 5 or more files, and no access to plaintext:
All other WinZip / Zip / ARJ files:
WinZip / Zip / ARJ files, and possible need to open password protected Word / Excel / VBA files:
